Thermal conductive sheet
It is a type of thermally conductive material - TIM (Thermal Interface Material) - that is inserted between components to efficiently dissipate the heat inside electronic equipment. It is generally used by inserting it between a heat generating element such as an IC (integrated circuit) and a heat dissipating component such as a heat spreader or heat sink.
Usage image diagram
It is used by sandwiching it between a heat generating element and a cooling device such as a heat sink, and making it adhere to it.
Merit
・We have the lineup of thermal conductivity grade from low to high, and plenty choices.
・Good workability (automatic mounting is possible depending on the product).
・It does not lose the weight like grease.
・The insulation can be guaranteed because it exists as a solid
Products handled
This is a silicone gel sheet with thermal conductivity, flame resistance, and electrical insulation. Since the surface is soft and sticky, it can evenly fill the gap between the heat generating element and the heat diffusion/radiating body such as a heat sink.
This is a non-silicone sheet with thermal conductivity, flame retardancy, and electrical insulation. Since it is siloxane-free, it can be used in places where electrical contact failure caused by low-molecular-weight siloxane is a concern.
This is a silicone putty sheet with thermal conductivity, flame resistance, and electrical insulation. Since it has excellent filling properties and evenly fills the heat transfer gap between the heat generating element and the heat sink with a thin film with low compression force, it possible to obtain highly reliable heat transfer characteristics.
This is a silicone gel sheet with electromagnetic wave suppression properties, thermal conductivity, flame retardancy, and electrical insulation. By sandwiching it between a heat generating element that generates noise and heat and a heat sink, noise and heat countermeasures can be taken at the same time.
