Chugai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") work on information security at whole our company under following information security policy, to protect our information assets, including those entrusted to us by our customers, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes.
1. Management's responsibility
Our company work on systematically and continuously to improve and raise our information security under the initiative of management.
2. Arrangement of internal system
We have established an organization to maintain and improve information security, and have made information security measures as formal internal rules.
3. Employee Efforts
Our employees will acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security, and will execute certainly working on information security.
4. Compliance with legal and contractual requirements
We comply with laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meet the expectations of our customers.
5. Counter Violations and Accidents
If legal violations, contract violations and accidents related to information security happen, our company will take appropriate measures and strive to prevent recurrence.
