Merit

・If it is a standard shape, there is no initial cost, because the manufacturer has a standard mold.
・The general aluminum material used for extrusion molding has a higher thermal conductivity than the casting material described later.
・Good balance between heat dissipation performance and cost

・Can be formed into any shape
・It is often used in applications that require both strength and heat dissipation, such as frame / box shapes.
・Casting materials have modest thermal conductivity, but the material cost is low.

Products handled

■Heat sink (extrusion)
This is a general extrusion type aluminum heat sink parts. If it is standard shape, there is no mold cost, because the manufacturer has general-purpose size molds. In addition, the thermal conductivity of the base material is higher than that of the mold product described later. We can also provide semi-customs products such as cutting / drilling a part of standard products, or full-customs products such as new molds /cutting from blocks according to the desired shape.

■Die casting (casting)
This is an aluminum die-cast product that is formed by pouring aluminum material into a casting mold. It can be shaped flexible, and both strength and heat dissipation can be achieved. Depending on the specifications of the molding machine, we can provide a wide range of parts from small to large parts.
