Challenges:
・Conventional GF‑containing purging compounds often left glass fiber residue, requiring a second purge with a different purging compound.
・A considerable amount of smoke was generated during purging on large machines, forcing operators to work while being mindful of fire alarms.

Results:
・With ecomaru, changeover could be completed simply by flushing with the subsequent resin after purging, significantly reducing costs.
・ecomaru generates much less smoke, greatly reducing concerns about fire alarms.
