What is a thermal solution? – Service overview –
This is a service that proposes optimal heat countermeasure products/configurations by simulations for customers’ heat-related problems and issues.
Thermal simulation function
By importing CAD data into simulation software and entering parameters such as thermophysical properties and heat generation conditions for each material and part, the thermal state of the product can be visualized. By presenting the verification of the introduction effect of the products we handle, we will be able to understand the thermal state before trial production, and will reduce the number of man-hours for selecting materials.
Techniques for solving thermal problems
①Verification of the product introduction effect
We will present you with thermal data on the effect of introducing product we handle when it is used in your product. The presentation is often used for comparison between the current product and the product under consideration, or for products that are under consideration and do not actually exist.
②Optimal combination of multiple products
If you are considering multiple heat countermeasure products for one model, we will propose the optimal combination according to your needs, such as focusing on performance or cost. Verification of actual equipment requires a huge amount of man-hours and costs, but using simulation makes it possible to minimize the number of man-hours required for prototyping.
③Proposal of thermal structure
If you do not have knowledge of heat countermeasures and is in trouble, we will also propose and give advice on specific specification methods for heat countermeasure products and heat countermeasure structures.
