What is Sound Solution? – Service overview –
By diagnosing the sound, we will propose quietness based on the concept of placing the appropriate soundproofing material in the most effective place.
①Diagnosing of the sound
We inspect the noise level, frequency characteristics, and leakage points of the sound, and determine the appropriate soundproofing method based on the obtained information.
We are able to diagnose products such as automobiles, industrial products, and office furniture.
②Simulation
By acoustic simulations, we will identify sound insulation materials that match the target noise level reduction and the frequency characteristics that need to be addressed.
③Acoustic evaluation
We evaluate the sound performance of materials and actual products in an acoustic test room and measuring equipment.
Reverberation chamber: We measure the sound absorption coefficient of sound absorbing materials and the transmission loss of sound insulation materials.
Anechoic Chamber: We faithfully measure the operating sound of industrial products and home appliances.
Chassis dynamo room: Enables measurements that reproduce road driving conditions in there.
Impedance tube: Measured under vertical incidence conditions on a small specimen.
④Physical property evaluation
We have a variety of evaluation equipment for judging suitability for environmental conditions.
Autograph for measuring mechanical strength properties of materials, flammability standard UL-94 and FMVSS302 flammability tester, constant temperature and humidity chamber, fogging tester, microscope, etc.
⑤Material development
We have understanded the characteristics of materials, conducted research on the composition of each material, developed materials that are added value such as high performance and weight reduction, and developed materials that match the physical properties of the product environment.
